Hey, I’m Nicki, I’m a Person-Centred therapist with expertise in trauma and attachment. I will offer a confidential space where you can be heard without judgment, and develop the skills to heal and grow. I can help you to be able to process your emotions, enabling you to better understand yourself and any difficult feelings. I can help guide you to find solutions that will work for you. With regards to attachment, we can look at your relationships with your partner, parents, or children and explore with kindness about what they may be missing. This will help you understand and gain awareness.

Qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified Person-Centred counsellor and I am member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My qualifications include:
CPCAB Level 5 in attachment Psychotherapy
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
CPCAB Level 3 Counselling Skills
CPCAB Level 2 Counselling Skills
Official Introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA101)
BACP Certificate of Proficiency
The Beech Practice Diploma in Trauma Training – 3 Phase Trauma model/Safety, Creative Techniques, Vicarious & Complex Trauma, suicide & Trauma, Somatic ways of working, Processing & Post-Traumatic Growth.
