Hey, I am Anete, the founder of Fridays Sleep consultancy (and also a mum who has used a sleep consultant myself).

I provide parents with efficient, results driven solutions to their little ones sleep problems without using cry it out, of course. Whilst I believe that achieving results quickly is the one of the best things you can do both for yourself and your child, being supportive and mindful of how the little one will process the shift to better sleep is a priority.

Changing sleep habits can be emotional everyone involved, so I will be by your side as you navigate the shift and ensure you are comfortable with the approach whilst achieving your sleep goals.


Services:

I offer different sleep packages to suit your family needs, all of which include you child's sleep assessment, 1:1 coaching call and bespoke sleep plan, and follow up support.

At the end of our support period I send a handover to ensure your newfound sleep is futureproofed and you don't need to use my services again :)
