About Hannah 〰️

I'm Hannah Riches, an integrative counsellor who specialises in and is passionate about, women-centred counselling.

With 15 years experience as an NHS midwife, I bring a deep understanding of women's health and wellbeing to my practice.

I believe women should be supported and given space to tell their stories and make meaningful connections in their lives.

From our first steps into womanhood, through to the richness of later years; our stories as women can hold so much and bring such value, with enormous capacity for strength and transformation.

I have had counselling myself at different stages of my life and know both personally and professionally the lifelong positive impact it can have. I feel honoured and privileged to be in this role and to hear people’s stories and journey alongside them.
