If you have been struggling or want to work towards certain goals then being in the therapy room where the focus can be entirely on you will be a unique experience. Working with a therapist creates a relationship very different from those you will have had outside the therapy room. The work we do will allow you to explore issues, experiences and thoughts that you may not have felt able to discuss with the people you already have in your life. I offer a private, confidential space where we can think about these things and the impact they are having on your life.
