Hello, I'm Hannah, and I run Connecting Mums which holds mother and baby circles in Hither Green and Forest Hill/Honor Oak Park in South East London.
After my second child, I really saw the need for mums to come together more, share openly their experiences and have meaningful conversations around motherhood, so I enrolled onto the Mother for Life mother circle course and absolutely love holding this space for mums.
I am currently studying to become a Matrescence coach with Mama Rising, and I can't wait to incorporate this into my Connecting Mums sessions.
WHAT THEY DO
Mother and baby circles in Hither Green and Honor Oak Park/Catford - to bring mums together to share safely and openly their experience of becoming a mother and to make local friends for support through this often challenging time.
Expanding soon into mother and toddler circles, mother circles, and towards the end of 2025 Matrescence group workshops
